July 7, 14, 21
August 25
September 1
Friday - Monday (3 nights)
May 30
June 6, 13, 20, 27
July 4, 11, 18
August 22, 29
September 50 -
it seems unusually quiet on here considering some of the other threads have got a lot of pages.
Just a few questions... there are 4 of the codes already? is there a bonus code or just a reference number for previous bookers?
When does the registration open, and will people on here be trying to guess the last word to get in there early?
Also wondering what the availability will be like on the August bank holidays, never booked one through the Sun at this time before and i imagine that there wont be many parks offering holidays (am hoping to go to Devon if it helps)

Could anyone explain very briefly how this all works? I have never been on a 'Sun holiday' before and just found this thread. Do I need to buy the Sun to get the codes, and if so am I too late as they have already started last week? Thanks.
If it's the first time you've used it then you can still book online.
You have to give around 3 different dates and sites, then after paying they'll let you know what park and date you've been allocated.
If you have booked before you'll get a priority booking code.
This allows you to choose what date and site you wish out of the selection they offer you before you pay.
You don't need to buy the paper or miss out on codes as all codes will be posted at the start of this thread.
You can then use those codes to book online.
It costs £15 per person(minimum of 4)and then they could be extras like entertainment passes, linen, and service charge for gas/electric
Any questions just ask.

Ta.
We normally find out the last code before the site officially opens.
Last time we found out 10.30pm the night before and the booking site was open.0 -

I'm sure that near booking opening time it'll go nuts.
I'm not sure if people without priority codes can use the Bonus word but if the booking office is open might as well try it if you have enough codes.
The Bonus word is one sent through the post to priority bookers along with our priority reference code.
I should imagine August without a priority code would be very difficult but if you get one and someone manages to post the last code word on here it could be worth being here at that time.
Another way is Sun+ but trial members can't reap the benefit of booking early without codes, you need to be a full Sun+ member.0 -
There's plenty of us still waiting for our packs to come through the post.

Thanks for replying! If its a minimum of 4 then I wouldn't be able to do it anyway as its just me and my partner (no kids), guessing its only for families then.Getting married September 2015 :j0 -
Hi Cats Ahoy.
you can do it! you just have to pay for 4 (so you pay the 60 quid even if there is 2 or 3 of you!)
Make sure to take off the extra entertaiment pass charges when you get the bill off the park though.0 -

You can still book it for you and your partner, and would only need to pay the extras for 2 people.
The 4 minimum is for the £15 per person part which means if there is only 2 people you would still need to pay the £600
