They just haven't refreshed the page from when it was open earlier for 10 minutes. I wonder that they may need to refresh as I bet their session has expired so I imagine when they type in the words it may not work first time.0 -
missuscolumbo - I've just upgraded direct with Haven for the Sun Holiday I booked in January - we are going in July - and it cost me £44 to upgrade direct, whereas its only £32 to upgrade when booking through the sun so not always cheaper.
Thanks for the heads upAlthough if it means I have more of a chance of getting my first choice park, I'd be happy with just £12 extra upgrading direct
I'm driving myself up the wall here - thought I had a list finalised, but I keep trying to "tweak" it and change my mind ! Arrgh !0 -

Im looking at booking Haggerston castle for our break and was wondering about wether to take linen and if we should buy entertainment passes.
Any help gratefully appreciated.
First Sun holiday so a bit anxious x
I was there last week, we took our own bedding and didn't bother with the entertainment passes. But we found that we couldn't even buy food from anywhere there without the passes, security guards checking! I didn't want the entertainment but wouldn't have minded food from the Burger King lol. We enjoyed the place though0 -
Hi artichoke,
Your post caught my attention, we have been to St Jean de Monts and the campsite Clarys Plage which was really super. I would recommend that one!
Not been through the Sun, but went with Keycamp a couple of years ago.
A nicely landscaped site with trees and hedges to divide up the mibile home areas, the site has a great indoor and outdoor pool, with flumes, and the usual trappings of a great medium size site. There were a collection of restaurants and crafty/souvenir shops nearby and it is within easy walking distance of a lovely sandy beach.
We had our car so not sure about local transport links but there were lot of attractions within a 20 mile radius.
Hope this helps :0)0 -
I will try and help crack the code if someone would explain what to do.0

Were the beds already made up even though you didn't take the linen? x0
