Same as all the other people who get the letter with 'my findings' on it. Same as here:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4966079

Search the forum for a silly/unusual keyword taken from any threatogram you get, to find others who've laughed at it.

Try this as a Google search (it will do the search itself):

Just an update to all those who have offered advice,

DR+ have issued another letter stating that if payment isn't received in 14 days they will have to recommend to G24 to 'commence court proceedings against you (the registered keeper)'.

G24 did not reply to my request for a break down of genuine losses as a result of the over stay, do I need to push this point or keep quiet?

From reading the sticky notes (if I'm reading them correctly) the advice is not to respond to DR+ as this incurs more letters and threats?

    Thanks for the assistance.

    Ignore both of them.

DR+ have no legal authority to take you to court ( as they admit by saying they will recommend the action is taken by their clients G24 ).

G24 on the other hand have never done court and are lying, corrupt, tax evading scum. I've asked over a dozen times for my court papers ..... they are too scared to send them ( or too stupid ) !

If you've missed the PoPLA deadline, then the best course of action is to sit tight and wait for the paper trail to stop. I've had a few from G24 before and they are so inept that they continued to send debt recovery letters, even though my invoices were in the hands of PoPLA. I complained to BPA, who of course done absolutely nothing.
Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.

Just received a 'Notice of intended court action - unpaid parking charge £135'

Apparently this matter will be passed to the creditors solicitor for court action.

This letter seems to be a fishing trip once again with several posibilities offered for action but no firm intention, very odd?

How many of these normally follow, surely a lot of trees have been felled for this?

    Who from DP+ or G24 ?

Regardless, hang tight, you're near the end now.

Same as ever and already covered for about ten years on here, long before POPLA etc. 'PPC letter chains' is the sticky thread about it which has pictures of the letters going back years. You really have no need to post every time a letter arrives - if everyone did over the years we wouldn't have been able to move for new posts. Just look at the PPC Letter chains sticky thread (clue - it's in the sticky threads at the top by Crabman!) and click through to the OLD PRE-2012 LETTERS to see all the old photos ad infinitum. No need to write about every letter... :)
