g24 now debt recovery plus (after templates)

hi,

read through all posts and followed advice, i used templates and have now received a further letter from debt recovery plus which has now got me worried, i will upload a picture of the letter

any help would be greatly appreciated

Was the original ticket windscreen placed or through the post ?
Dates of all correspondence ?
Are you the RK and were you driving ?
Where was this ?

Do you mean you have a POPLA appeal already in, and yet still got a threatogram?

hi i have tried uploading the letter but it is not working.
the original ticket was through the post but i chose to ignore because of reading old posts but recently found a more up to date thread with templates, so i sent 1 letter to g24 appealing, and 1 to the debt recovery plus, both templates were found on 'coupon mads' newbies thread

yes im the RK and yes i was driving. it was in a B&M carpark in preston centre

not sure why you would be worried about letters from DR+ , they can do nothing and there is a very long post telling you about debt collectors etc in the NEWBIES thread at the top of the page

the time to be "worried" is if you received an LBC or court papers from northampton or salford , until then its merely words on paper, sometimes black , sometimes red , but never anything to "worry" about

Standard DRPlus bumpf - can be safely ignored

Sounds like you submitted a late appeal. G24 are under no obligation to accept it - could if they were minded to but you are unlikely to get a POPLA code out of them.

G24 have never taken anyone to court over an unpaid PCN so far and you would be highly unlucky to be the first.

You need to read the NEWBIES thread post #4 debt collector stage

You will receive a number of similar letters before they give up.
The only ones to watch out for are a Letter Before County Court issued by G24 or a solicitor acting for them or actual County Court Papers - though the chance you will get either is minimal

thanks. yes i sent a late appeal to g24 and just the first template on the 'NEWBIES thread post #4 debt collector stage' to debt recovery plus, i have had no response from g24 as of yet, but received that letter from DR+ this morning

just file all the paperwork (for 6 years) , and any more from g24 or dr+ , UNLESS its a popla code , or an LBC or court papers
