Another day another letter!
Just an update to amuse you all,
I have just received a reduced payment letter (from £135 to £108) from DR+to comply with all aspects of 'pre action protocol', very official.
This letter seems to be clutching at straws in offering a reduced rate. Iwould of thought that if they had the upper hand in this such an offer wouldnot be made? I'm steadfast in not folding on this and paying. Interestinglyenough I have never received a letter from G24 since requesting an estimate ofloss back in April, all correspondence has come from DR+ even though Icontacted them stating that the debt was denied.
I'll hold tight for now and hopefully they will run out of paper, ink orbreath soon?

Strange, I'm not aware there is any requirement in the 'pre-action protocol' to offer a discount ....... ah, that's because there isn't ! :rotfl:
As you can see DR+ are now getting a little desperate.
