Seller wont accept Paypal, is this allowed?

Paypal can be used (if the seller agrees) and for the seller it is as safe as cash as there is no buyer protection.0 -

As the buyer has no protection, if I were a seller I'd suspect any buyer that insisted on it was up to no good..0
