Just witnessed a small incident. Driver was parked on a double yellow on a relatively clear road - would have annoyed me if I was driving through the road though and I had to go onto the opposite side. Driver was on the phone. To be honest, I've seen these guys parking in some weird locations, but not as a weird (and illegal) as some of the mobile speed cameras, who will park in some of the most dangerous places I've ever seen. Don't forget though, speed kills...... not parking in dangerous places.
