Its the correct and legal way to do it, if your son gets caught with the fake I'd he will squeal like a opera singer and grass you up.
No need to go out in the dark, go out in the day simples.0 -

you are going to the local shop - not the end of the world!! and the nights are getting lighter!!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0 -

This would make a fine indie band name.
Supporting the Arctic Monkeys tonight, straight from Norway, the Judgemental Prix. (Perhaps pronounced Pree for extra pretentiousness)0 -

So you've essentially raised a useless sack of sh!!?
When I was 12 I helped my mom do pretty much everything for my 6 month old brother whilst she recovered from a major operation. She couldn't even pick him up, so whilst my step dad was at work from 8am-6pm, I bathed my brother, bottle fed him with expressed milk, changed his backside, got him to sleep, monitored him whilst he napped etc etc.
By the age of 16 I'd regularly go to my mom's to babysit whilst she, a single parent, went to do things like shopping etc. In the dark, after work. Then I'd travel back to my house. In the dark. Alone.
Not everyone's out to attack you, playing the "oh but I'm a poor old single mother" line is tired as fluff. Haven't you ever heard of feminism/girl power/not being a lazy cow?
:rotfl::T Great post, I might have to borrow that line its a cracker.0 -

That's truly vile. I don't know a single decent parent. Male or female who would rather their child was put in danger (the perceived danger of going the shop) than them.
You're fine with your kid breaking several laws if it helps you. But not when you miss out on cash. You're quite the classless scumbag really aren't you.Sigless0 -

You could always call the police and they may come out and arrest him for the fake ID. He'll just get a caution so not too much to worry about there. They'll also report the pub to your local trading standards and they may send someone who is under 18 and do a test purchase and if they serve them without asking for ID they'll lose their licence and may close the pub down for a period of time unless they have a defence which is unlikely. Your son will then be out of a job.:footie:
