Hi MOLLY nice to see you posting and hope you're not too uncomfortable and beginning to recover from the op. I find tinned sweetcorn doesn't digest at all and helps no end if we have a constipation problem, you have to eat quite a large portion but it should help, Lyn xxx.0

Pumpkin puree should also work - you can buy it in tins rather than having to faff making it from scratch if you've just had an op0

Prunes and lentils, not necessarily together. Split peas have that effect on me as well... If in doubt, Movicol from the chemist is excellent. I had that after colon surgery. Very effective. Lots of water as well. Hope you find something that works for you and hope you feel better soon0

Very ripe pears work for me, also Califig syrup. Neither give me bad gripes, but avoid ortisan cubes like the plague!0
