I've just upgraded my plan to include more minutes and I am now being charged for 0845s ...

I've just tried to find the T&C but it looks like EE have deleted them from the website here- http://ee.co.uk/help/accounts-billing-and-topping-up/terms-and-conditions/t-mobile-terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions/price-plan-terms-and-conditions

EE website is a mess.

As you can see this PDF document is dated 28/05/2014 and has a tick next to "08 numbers included in allowance"

Your inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to UK mobile networks, voicemail, 08 services and numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).

I've got 500 minutes in the new plan (was 300 before).
Are those terms really relevant, CS always denied it.

This is going to sound like a silly question but you're on a T-Mobile plan right? And not an EE plan?

But yeh. Those T&C are right.
I'd dispute them with head office.

Only tmobile monty plans dosent include 08 numbers tht is 500,1000,2000 mins package whereas 300 600 900 minutes tariff used to give inclusive 08 numbers..inspite CS never admits that even if they could see my calls to 08 numbers are not been charged..Tmobile used to be best network but since EE merge it got worst network..Avoid this plague..

Yes, it it a t-mobile plan.

They messed up the change process and I was retrospectively charged for the calls made during a week before. I called CS again and they said they fixed it, landlines & mobiles are free again now but 08s are chargeable as it seems:

Why can't you use 'WeQ4U' ?.
It is available for both iPhone and Android phones.

I use it myself ('3' only include 0800 numbers in their call plans).

That's the thing, even if I quote the T&C as above it won't matter as they will just deny it and refuse to remove current and future 0845 charges.
