08 number in t-mobile plans

If anyone has bought a new contract or renewed an old one recently, - are 08 still included in non-FullMonty T-Mobile plans?

Tried to upgrade my expired contract to more minutes and was told the new plan wouldn't include 08 numbers. But then I was told the same a year ago and it did include them at the end.

I renewed my 12 month sim only contract today. It is the £16 deal which includes 1000 minutes, unlimited texts and 3gb data.

They have put another loyalty discount on this which means i only pay £8.50 inc vat per month for another year.

My tariff does include all 08 numbers again and voicemail

Sounds good. But I guess your statement does not show any 08 calls that you might have made today yet? Also, does it specifically mention 08 number in your plan details online ? Thanks.

I have copied the following from 'my plan' details online (which has been updated today)

Your minutes and texts are from the UK to UK mobile networks, voicemail, 08 numbers and numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).

Btw, what did you tell them to get this discount ?

The best they could offer me was 500min 250mb data for £10.45.

I was offered this discount last year. I was in month 11 of the 12 month term and just called up and asked them to extend it for another year this time.

They did this but did say as its an old tariff that it would probably be the last time

I thought they'd pretty much excluded 08 numbers from virtually all SIM only plans?

I have a SIM only from Feb 2013 and it includes 08 numbers and although I'm now out of minimum contract I still get the 08 included and voicemail... when I've looked at subsequent offers they don't seem to include 08 numbers.

They always denied it but included 08s regardless.

If you didn't extend it would just keep rolling, or you called them to get more minutes ? Please confirm when you get post-extension 08 calls in your statement, just to be sure. Thanks!.
