  • Well I have managed the healthy eating so far. Woohoo nearly a whole day:j . What a pity I need to do this for about a year.:rotfl: .

I put my cheque into the bank today:D . Spent £5.30 on postage. Paid for a few e-bay items I treated myself to but otherwise not too bad. We all had packed lunches. DS had to pay £1 for is breakfast club for the week. Should hopefully manage to get through the rest of the week without much spending.
Found out today that my bonus is nearly£400 plus my rise for this year is about 5%. Probably won't see it until end of October but never mind it'll help with Christmas. All good

Ive been really good today!! I didnt have breakfast but i never do, but i did manage to walk past the nice bakery and not go in for a croisant (sp?) then i had jacket potato with beans and a little bit of cheese and a huge salad for lunch which kept me goin till i got home. I normally get nibblish about 3-4!! Then when i got home my mum has done hot dogs and i had two of them and for pudding i had 4 slices of melon. The only thing is i havent drunk much water and i know that helps with my weight loss!!! And i have had a very productive evening wrapping and packing up everything i have sold on ebay and i still have absolute loads to go on!!

  • Good for you Dee. I have packed up some stuff today for e-bay too. Have loads ending the next couple of days. No word from tifn or lunar then. Hope they are being good little ( or big :p ) healthy eaters. I managed a half hour walk today as well. I know what you mean Dee re the water. I don't drink nearly enough water. I am a coke addict. Need to cut down tho as I spend too much on it. Not good for me either and kids are wanting it and its a bit cheeky me not allowing them it and guzzling it myself. Hmm Oh well I will work on it.

ive done ok with the diet today, no choice really i went to the supermarket and only bought healthy food. It was more the idea that i didnt want to go and spend more money rather than not wanting to go back out to buy chocolate that was the motivator.

oh well whatever works i guess, we will see on monday, the scales never lie! glad you have both done ok as well

well, i was good today. took lunch to work, some leftover chicken, rice and red pep. tea was a few lamb chops from freezer, v small though, with lots of carrot, mashed potato, gravy with tomato and onion in it. yum.
them to the pub quiz for some beer which is apparently packed with barley, hops and wheat (to add to the five a day vegetables). i was so good. i only spent about 5 quid, plus my 2 quid quiz entry.
got tomorrow's lunch and tea sorted, so i'm positive about that chore being out of the way. i'm just hoping my sales on ebay pick up.
i'd better go to bed, lots of work to do tomorrow morning!
