Youll do great on your diet just remember 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, you can use my diet plan if you want.

Portion 1 - Terrys Chocolate Orange

    Portion 2 - Apple Pie

    Portion 3 - Blueberry Muffin

Portions 4 & 5 - Chipped Potatoes and Tomato Sauce

Wonder why my weight loss is going as quick as expected?

Hi MIT - Have just read your post from the beginning and loved it, have been lacking in motivation recently regarding repaying debts but your down to earth approach and great sense of humour have spurred me on! - just visited quidco and earned nearly £60 on stuff I was going to buy anyway - thanks very much
