    Weekend of meltdowns
I have a 6 ft, 13.5 stone toddler, 2 chunky big teethed toddlers and 4 teenagers (seem to be developing another one as Barbara a black and white kitten is following me round as well)

    Keep playing it by ear

It can be a bit of a lottery, can't it?
Are there any advice agencies near you that could advise on whether it's worth appealing?
Are you working Mon - Fri and having a well earned weekend at home?
