Bit of a theme going on there sometimes, melly.
It is ok to tell him he's being a tosspot once in a while. Even if he is unwell, he should still take responsibility for himself sometimes, and you're not well either.
Maybe this is where Relate could start to come in?

Am back in with the dogs now after a couple of hours OH and cat sorting.

Heads killing did make myself eat 4 fries and some cod
