What about a star chart theme like my grand daughter then your reward Exercise could be earned and not a taboo - so you can enjoy the time without punishing yourself.

No not taken the theory yet no rush.
I enjoy my lessons cos they are fun, my instructor has taught pretty much everyone I know to drive, knows everyone and is a lovely man.
We have a big hug before lesson and yesterday I left my hat in the car so I had 3 big hugs and a slap round the head for being dizzy lol.
It gets me out for an hour, as I said to him I am in no rush to pass I get out for an hour to chat sh@t interspersed with profound things.
Yesterday we chatted about, a couple of mutual friends and their naughtiness including what their Mrs will do when they are caught, the Villa, Trump, whether racism has swung the other way, my hair, how I needed to think about reaching for his knee to hit second, how my mood has brightened and it's good to see, the ed stuff, his granddaughter and superman.0 -
