    Done

Their face's when they saw how frail I now look was fab.

I mentioned the care act, discrimination on the grounds of mental health, not giving up and will continue down the legal route.

Surprise surprise they are going to look at banding again.

    Gosh, take it easy.

Just me and HA I'm going to ask why they think the care act doesn't apply to them and point out they are in breach of it under two sections. There is a big bit about appropriate housing for mental health a lovely explanation of both wellbeing and what constitutes a vulnerable adult.

Also remind them that I now get legal aid and have plenty of time to ensure we get moved.

Not had care assessment's no, I will raise this with CMHT as we need them.

OT assessment last year suggested moving for wellbeing so will remind them of this.
MIND is now 9th of Jan so again will remind them that they will be dealing with CMHT and MIND as to why they continue to leave us living in this situation that they created.

Feel like I is getting a cold, sore throat, snotty etc boo
    WOW Melly!

You sound like you're going to seriously kick some a$$! :T

And this sounds positive too. :)

Hope your flu/cold symptoms are just part of having the flu jab & will soon go away.
But keep a close eye on yourself. The last thing you need is to be flattened by flu or any sort of virus.
