Had a flu jab (but the nasal thing) never had one before wondering what it does

That's reminded me, still need to get mine. It protects against the predicted strains of flu, and is a good idea because with a lowered immune system if you did get flu it'd knock you for six. Last time I had flu I couldn't get out of bed for a couple of weeks and I was reasonably fit and healthy beforehand.

I've never had side effects from it either, in case you were wondering.
