    Just cleaned toms ick
Gave him some Felix snack things had a lovely purry cuddle.
Pickle bounded up to him, kissed his nose, gently sniffed around his head, tried to clean his ick. Kissed him again and bounded off lol.

What did they say about your tooth, if anything?

    Failed to nap
Tom's abscesses have refilled he's being an angel and sitting good, purring, blinky kissing and wanting cheek rubs whilst I bathe them.

It's the tablet antibiotics tomorrow hopefully it will finally heal.

Pickle was playing in her box, this involved trying to grab hands, getting frustrated so trying to bite the box.
Have been telling OH about her 'want it NOW' meow, he finally heard it when she realised that chicken had been cooked.

I have come back into dogs as I'm a bit snotty and feeling a bit bleurgh this means all the cats started annoying OH, who is order issuing from his chair in the kitchen (I am ignoring him)

Sorry melly, I can't remember, but have you and OH had care act assessments yet? Just because of the duty of the local authority to promote wellbeing so I'm kind of wondering where the local authority is at the moment in this supposed co-operation / integrated working on your behalf?
Anyway, go kick some butt tomorrow. :) Is it just you and the HA or are there any intermediaries, solicitor, anything like that?

Just me and HA I'm going to ask why they think the care act doesn't apply to them and point out they are in breach of it under two sections. There is a big bit about appropriate housing for mental health a lovely explanation of both wellbeing and what constitutes a vulnerable adult.

Also remind them that I now get legal aid and have plenty of time to ensure we get moved.

Not had care assessment's no, I will raise this with CMHT as we need them.

OT assessment last year suggested moving for wellbeing so will remind them of this.
MIND is now 9th of Jan so again will remind them that they will be dealing with CMHT and MIND as to why they continue to leave us living in this situation that they created.

Feel like I is getting a cold, sore throat, snotty etc boo

You can self refer for care act assessments if you're not getting anywhere - there should be a link on your council website. You can do joint ones I think, especially as you have support needs and are a carer as well.

Any way you can persuade yourself to have something with vitamin n C for your cold?

It could be the flu vaccine that's affecting you. Zinc tablets often help to clear up a cold quickly. You don't want that over Christmas.
