It's all so easy to tell someone to pull themselves together.
To actually do it is not so easy.

You carry on doing what feels right for you.
Be it dealing with any issues you have or loving your animals and caring about the ones that aren't in your care.
The people who follow this thread know you and support you.
That's all you need to know.
I wish you lived across the road from me so I could pop across, give your fur-babies a fuss and fold you in my arms to try to take away a bit of the pain.

    Thanks both

Tomcat is a thousand times better, temp is down, it's flat and stopped leaking.

    LB is fast asleep

    Ty is hugging his rooster

Pickles is in with Tom, she's just told me off about something she's getting very bossy lol.

Me and the dogs are waiting for the codeine to kick in.

I agree Poll, when your coming from a position of never having experienced it, it's easy to say 'I would do this and never do that' it's harder from here.

I love animals it's why we now have 6, I also know my limits if I want the ones I have to be happy and healthy this is maximum.
I am proud of the ones we have, Ty was feral, he loves us and asks for fuss now.
The cats protection (finally spoken to them again to see if they had Ty and they did) thought he was feral he bit to the bone a couple of them and fought tooth and nail.

Tomcat is multi homed but ours is the one he stays at every day (visits the others for a couple of hours on set days lol)

Pickle is the reason stupid cow got the kittens, she's well known for following me around, coming when I call her and generally being very cute.

LBS skin is improving she is looking sleek and pretty we did that. Ty in particular is a mini miracle. So I'm proud of what I have done and trying not to upset myself with what I couldn't.

    Kittens are out
Yeowling at my windows and doors meaning the dogs are going nuts and I'm getting angry.

Some people really shouldn't be allowed to have animals

So we have had a bicker

I held bitey wriggling tomcat for bathing

OH decided to let him go cos I would hurt him (I wouldn't he was just being daft)

We then had a temper tantrum cos of the lack of space, you know because of his hoarding.

Me, throbbing tooth and lovely dogs are in the living room

Codeine means I will pass out shortly

Except kitten is singing me a pretty song outside my window.

It's a beautiful song, unfortunately the dogs don't agree so sleeping isn't going to happen for me again.

Odd how the bloke is back and the noise etc ramps up again.....

That's why I got a bit protective earlier as I know how hard you've worked to look after your furry family! You are an absolute angel my lady! Xx

Not sure about abcesses but oil of cloves is good for toothache, you can get it from a chemist. Tastes yuk though.
Actually I believe with oil of cloves there is a risk of 'burning' the gum and that dentists advise against it, they also advise against hot compresses because you can end up with a galloping infection spreading further than it is already.

melly, hope you can get to dentist very very soon ...
