I'm reading along, Melly, and I so hope you get the move you need.
Me too, Melly. Just because we don't post, don't think we're not with you.

    Oh advice

I am thinking for Christmas for OH either the full DNA where you are full test both parent with the lovely graphs and stuff

    Or

Kindle fire currently £59 on amazon and it takes an sd?

    Can't do both.
Would he appreciate the DNA thingy?
I don't think my OH would so it would have to be the Kindle.
    Would he use that?
I've heard that some of the e-books are even more expensive than 'proper' books.
I think we might treat ourselves to one each after Christmas.

Thank you Polly I think the fact I have a support network all be it virtual is helping keep me saneish.

The ereader thing is only £57 on amazon and is good for YouTube that's what made me look at it.

Thing is he would love the DNA thing, he's daft like that.

I know, she's absolutely gorgeous in the flesh, comes walks with me, gets on my knee when I am on the loo and chats away to me all the time. I can honestly say I worship her.

    So today

LBG wanted to come in whilst I was single walking the dogs (the each get time on their own with a puman)
    All good
All good for an hour, everyone doing own thing, Froo asking LBG if she would like to play occasionally.

    Then

LBG wants to check out the dog bowls, Froo wants to play, Boo wants Froo to have what she wants, OH flaps makes the cacophony worse.

I jump off loo, get leads on dogs just as LBG threatens to smack Froo in the face and Froos mood changes from 'let's play' to 'die cat'.

Dogs on grass, LBG stalks out in a huff, I am exhausted lol.

    Kittens are out again

It's freezing and tipping it down.
    Yet again broke in,

Yet again created a stink when I went to get it out.

Poor poor little boys I can't bring them in, I need to not encourage them. I am squirting them with water which I am not liking doing and it isn't bloody working.

This Friday it will be 10 years since my dad died.

I may post lots (take my mind of it) or not at all (in hiding)

I still miss him, when my size shrunk he would buy and cook a peppered steak, chips and peas and tell me to eat it. I did even when vegan

Next Friday is Black Friday so you could look at bargains for your OH to take your mind off it. Also maybe you could use the emotion as a positive and try to do what he would have wanted. Maybe honour his memory by buying yourself a steak and say here's to you Dad.
The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best
