Thank you all. Hi to the delurkers!

Kittens fell out of the window early hours, she booted the other one out at 8 so today has been pants.

I ended up knocking myself out until 5pm
Mr Moo has a football match to watch this evening so I am sorting the front room out for him.

Pickle has given me the hugest cuddle
Froo has been annoying I can't be in another room at the minute without crying.

The email sent by the councillor is horrible reading when it's about you but it is true so hopefully will help.

By like the DLA forms - emphasises what you can't do rather than the many other things that you can.
It's a necessary evil to serve a purpose. It's not you. You are the warm hearted caring person who is battling on admirably despite all the brown stuff being chucked in your direction. Remind yourself of that once in a while.

I don't envy you the football - can't stand to be in the same room when it's on.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

We all know it will make no difference. The person in charge of allocations was the housing officer who told me that our lack of children was 'a lifestyle choice'. ....

I won't be in the room, I am hoping I can get a pickle cuddle in.

Would you like to borrow From elsien she can teach Gitdog the fine art of crying until you wee yourself preferably on a pillow on the bed settee.

Gitdog tends more towards the fine art of barking loudly in your face and nibbling your leg if he's feeling neglected.

I feel your frustration with Froo though, a clingy Gitdog annoys me immensely. You have the patience of a saint.

Tomcat the wondrous has just come home.

God that cat can complain, apparently he's been out there ages (5 mins), is starving (his own fault and he has plenty of spare belly) and I am evil.

    Football still ongoing
OH dinner in taking it in on a tray he is spoilt.

I am trying to force pasta down in a minute.

Pasta is now on the forbidden list.

I am leaving it for a little while and then have a small apple crumble and custard probably contains more vits anyway.
