Yea he's very his mum.
And she was far from all bad she did a sterling job with her son and her cat.
They used to say oh is like his dad I've always thought he looked like his mum and the pics to Gordon when he was in Egypt were lovely and showed a different side to her.

OH still thinks she was waiting for me to come and tell her she was forgiven and yes it's not the flowers either it's a specific sweet smell.

so, sent Shelter the same breakdown, and tried to get me to go into shelter tomorrow at 9 to redo a payment plan for a debt that doesnt exist

Hi Shelter,

It needs to go back further, I know I underpaid in April and May I asked for 12 months. He also still hasn't added that £150 he promised to add again yesterday, that he didn't take off from his final figure (you seeing why I might think they have their figures wrong)

CLP are supposed to be allocating a solicitor, I will know more by Thursday.

Homeless wont work, I have a husband who has severe anxiety he cant cope with this situation not knowing where he will live will finish him off, and having spent the weekend trying to ensure he doesnt kill himself my patience with HA and their petty games is sort of ended.

Dxx is supposed to be removed from dealing with this, ombudsman will be interested to see he isnt, but nice hes finally acknowledged that he should deal with you.

Thank you for all your help, I really appreciate everything you have done feel free to tell HA that I am refusing to send you any I&E info and I look forward to seeing them in court.

Kind Regards

have a look at this its the CEOs response and my response to it.

Oh and just a call for the swivel bather, will be delivering it on Friday (Morning or Afternoon I said, cant tell you they said, wont be delivering it then I said)

Dear Moo

Thank you for your email, I’ve read through your comments and I think there are two specific points: a complaint about the way you feel Dxx has acted and generally that you feel the relationship between you and HA has irretrievably broken down. I want to get this clear in my mind so I can be sure I am asking the right people within HA to deal with this.

I will ask that your complaint about Dxxx is raised as a stage 1 complaint within our process. This will be passed to Sxxx the Housing and Customer Services Director. As your wider concerns have concentrated around the areas of operation Sxx leads, it would seem sensible that this is considered within the scope of the complaint by him.

You have asked me today why Dxxx is still dealing with your account whilst this complaint is in progress. I can see from your comments that you are very annoyed with HA and Dxxx, and you have highlighted some past comments you have seen in emails following your request for the data disclosure. However I have not seen anything that would lead me to believe that Dxxx should have his duties restricted in any way at this stage.

My Response

Hi CEO,
I can scan in various unprofessional comments if you would like, there is also the fact that he is still quoting a figure, including the £150, that he acknowledges should be added to my total.
The fact that I can evidence this had the reference on it but rather than apologising it was felt stating it was my error was more appropriate.
Both myself and Shelter are still waiting for the last 12 months statement not from April as has been resent.
I am uncomfortable dealing with someone who I feel has behaved unprofessionally towards me.
Your right I am both very angry and very disappointed in the way the whole thing has been handled since April.
A refusal to accept my concerns will just be another disappointment. In any other industry an individual would be removed from dealing with a customer who had made a complaint whilst it was investigated this just continues to make my concerns feel irrelevant.
Kind Regards
Moo

Today I had an email from the HAS customer service director suggesting we met this morning (hello at work)
I sent an email giving him a breakdown.

I then found out who I have been referred to for the TIA/weakness and he's really good and an MS specialist so I may have flapped a bit and

Reemailed the HA to say leave me alone for a few days as I'm relapsing.
Strange that seemed to make them send the 12 months of statements to shelter and change tone in emails.

Tomcat has a new girlfriend!
She is beautiful and whilst she is a tortie she looks and sounds very siamese.
He let this one in and in his bed!

When I had three house cats I once turned round to tell them all to give up, I needed a bit of quiet, 'will you three...' There were four. Next door's tom had sneaked in and there was a certain amount of strategic positioning.

Next door's cat was amazing. It could honestly run towards you and away from you at the same time. I miss being owned by a cat.
