...my charge went fron £60 to £100 then £150 with recovery now down to £59.99 today offer expires.

This shows how desperate these scummy scammers are they know they cannot do anything so reduce their scam demands in the hope you will fall for it.

I think you have little option but to carry on ignoring them annoying though they are, but don't ignore anything that looks like court papers from the PPC.

Though I don't think anyone has really been nasty to you on here, that's not their way they help hundreds every week.

I take it you didn't then...?

It is not any sort of impolite to ask you to do some basic legwork yourself - This is an extremely busy forum and it helps everyone if you are forearmed a little.

All the basics for dealing with these jokers and a good idea of the letters they will send etc are covered in the stickies and TBH, DRP and Zenith efforts are well covered already - so if they are bombarding you with texts, letters and the "discount offer," then the chances of them actually taking any meaningful action against you are slim to nonexistent.

You got good advice to IGNORE them back in April and if you have actually contacted them for any reason, all you have done is prolonged the attempts to scare money out of you. Stop now!

We have ignored debt collector letters for years; many many years before POPLA even existed. It was no biggie. Google these two separate searches which will help:

    Hammer68 Zenith signature James

    and then

    Roxburghe phone calls

(yes I know yours isn't Roxburghe but do the search & read what to say to tell them to get stuffed).

Hundreds of people post on here every day so no, I certainly have no knowledge of your parking charge and I don't if many others will either. If you have posted before you should add to that thread, not start a new one.

You need to read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the page where you will find all the information you need.

Try Google instead 'Small Claims Solicitors parking' finds various threads on here and on pepipoo:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=91682

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5014151

The words 'small claims solicitor' would find too many results if searched on here as those words are generic. So stick to Google as a back door way of coming back here or to pepipoo threads.

Answer = it's just another letter.
