For those of you who are on consumer pulse you may or may not have noticed that the points are not being updated after you put your stuff on even after some 48 hours later

i called them and they stated that they are aware of the problem and looking into it and it should be resolved within the next 7 days

if you have a continual problems with the points after this time then call them on 0500774 445

although it would have been helpfull if they put something on the web site if they are aware of the problem :mad:

Thank you so much, I just went to order a voucher for my xmas shopping and my points were still the same :mad: Hopefully they sort it and dont just ignore the fact we have no points!

Ive managed to join but its from one of the links 2 pages back and im guessing it will get cancelled tomorrow.....

To be honest the website keeps crashing on me and its getting on my nerves wont let me access certain pages either anyone else having any problems?

where do you check how many points you have?

I entered shopping on Tues & should have earned 3000 points but got nowt! I have e mailed them so I'll keep you posted. The only place I can find my points is to click on the rewards tab & it shows on top right. It's not as straight forward as it uswed to be. I tend to order vouchers once I hit £20 now & save them up at home coz I know other people have had problems with them in the past.
