Glad this is just not my account I have been and recorded items twice this week and was getting alittle concerned that my points were increasing. Hope they sort it out soon as I wanted to order some vouchers before christmas and then leave the rest of the points till next year.

i joined shopandscan but cannot get the 'clicker' to work despite emailling them and phoning numerous times.......probably best that i can't see what i have been buying anyway!!!

Phew, my points are back.
But i gta say they are getting a bit slower to upload points, i did some on Wednesday and only got accounted for today.

I havent had any trouble getting my points updated. Really pleased with cp I've been doing this since August and already got £30.

The problem seems to be sorted now. I entered some purchases yesterday afternoon and the points are in my account today.

Well my points from last week are still not available. I think i'll wait a few more days then contact them

My points are showing nil and I know there is just over 10,000 so Ive emailed them - they really should let people know there is an issue, they are normally so good.

I had that problem christine1968 and it was because when i clicked rewards to see my points it would log me out,
Check you are still logged in when you click rewards.
