My points are showing nil and I know there is just over 10,000 so Ive emailed them - they really should let people know there is an issue, they are normally so good.

Dunno if this is still affecting you or if it's been sorted yet...?

If you click on the bottom left of the homepage where it says, "To see your recent purchases click here" it will tell you whether your entries have been checked out or not.

If they haven't checked out yet that will be why you haven't had the points added. It usually doesn't take long though...!
There is no excuse for rudeness. Ignorance on the other hand is excusable – you don’t know what you’re talking about.

I just found this out too! plus they are out of stock and say its a 10 working days wait. How really silly to send them by post what with delays in post now expecially. I wanted to order christmas presents so by the time they come the best things will be out of stock plus prob wont get here in time.

Did you ask if they could email them to you instead?
    Thanx

  • Hi, i know this is probally really annoying and likely to have been answered pages back but i'm a bit confused! I joined with the link on the first few pages, i know it's invitation only so will i get cancelled?
What is consumerpulse and what is toluna?
Did it last night and i'm all registered with 7900 points. Will this just get deactivated?

Thanks in advance for any, and i mean any, help!

all the other companies that deal with amazon - email the vouchers because they are an online company -

when i rang cp rewards and ask them specifically wethere they emailed or sent them they said that they sent them and take up 10 days - although this is the period you have to allow them from the date of ordering before contating them to say that you have not received them

    Thanx Bill,

Mine could take quite a while then because it says they usually take 5 days but they are out of stock so allow 10 so if they told you 10 days on a normal in stock 5 day order mine could be too late for Christmas then.

Its a bit strange them not being an online company when all the stuff we tell them we have bought is all done online so they receive it online, they do that all online so I don't see why they cant just change a few things to send the Amazon vouchers online
    Thanx
