    Yes I was going to say that in Scotland it's not a periodic tenancy that starts after the initial fixed term. I'm not sure what happens in this case where the tenant only need a little more time and the LL wants the T to leave. I'm sure something could be negotiated. I'd recommend speaking with Shelter Scotland to clarify things. I found them really helpful when I had problems with my last LL.

    Ill phone them on tuesday, probably the best people to speak to to get the most accurate info for my situation and for where i am. ;)
