Complain mobilesphonedirect

If you have a good case which you can prove, send a LBA to mobilephonedirect and then sue if they don't concede. Otherwise you are wasting your time.0

Hi,
How can I complain to ofcom regarding mobilesphonedirect. If I go to the ADR, the company is not in their list. Any ideas?
Have you checked what it says on the OFCOM site, it is quite clear:Ofcom does not investigate individual consumer complaints.====0 -
Also, I don't think that Ofcom have anything to do with a retailer selling sims/contracts from mobile services providers and mobile phones.0

Then where can one go?
Actually I cancelled my contract within cooling period and mobilephonesdirect agreed to do so. But they keep sending cancellation requests to T-Mobile which T-Mobile never receives. I don't know where their systems are at fault and as a result I am suffering. What would happen if I cancel my direct debit?0 -
Your credit record would probably be trashed.

What do T-Mobile say about the cancellation?
If you cancel the DD, don't bank on getting any other credit for the next 6 years or so.====0 -
Then where can one go?
Send them a LBA giving them, say, 10 days to cancel and refund all charges already taken. Tell them that you'll sue them for the full cost of the contract otherwise.

T-Mobile just says that they have not received any request.
Thanks everyone for the answers anyway.0 -
It's MPD who have to sort everything out and that you have to deal with.0
