All for the sake of a £2 underspend which was owed to the railway and not to PE

And the railway, or those at the railway escape scot free?

with parking eye carrying on as before, still in the car park?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

It's still seems to be going on. If you look at the railway's TripAdviser page there are two more instances of PE sending PCNs to people who had to overstay for a good reason:-

We went with family to Snowdon Mountain Railway, however all our fun had turn to bitterness, due to PARKING EYE, who had send PCN and Court Claim due to overstay by few minutes in there premises due my child getting in accident and injury need first aid,
We appeal to them to reconsider PCN, however PARKING EYE sharks had no compassion to consider and didn't bother to even reply to my appeal, they had taken me to court claim, So, I advise please be AWARE with parking premises, anyone can be victim of this Sharks, they keep open parking premises(no gate) purposefully, where most people would not notice in/out time and end up becoming victims of this sharks,

I came into the Snowdon Railway Car Park to assist another gentleman with our jump leads after stopping for the toilets with our kids down the road. We were in the car park less than the 30mins free time but got a £100 charge through the post for overstaying ! There ANPR system is not correct as we have a picture with a timestamp several miles away 35mins after they said we left,,,, couldn’t have done it with a jump jet! ,,, we are going to court!
If this has happened to you E-Mail me if you were victim of there inaccurate cameras ,,,, Its Fraud!

As you see the second case seems to be going to court.

What did Parking Eye actually lose?
All PCN's issued in a pay and display car park cannot be proportionate and commercially justifiable; therefore they breach the BPA'S Code.
