Can you not demonstrate the problem 'live' on his premises?

He won't let me. He told me as far as he is concerned the problem is fixed nd must be a problem in my house. Which is ridiculous and impossible.
  • So much for customer service. He obviously knows it's not fixed and is trying to get you to go away.

Call his bluff and file in the small claims court. If it's not working and you have proof he has no leg to stand on.

I've went to the shop down the road for a refund of the game I bought to test my ps3 out. All of the staff behind the counter (4) told me they have all heard he is dodgy and a rip off.

Now I'm confused. So it was the game that was faulty? If not, why are you returning it?

Have you tried it on a different TV? just maybe there is something faulty there, remember they have chips in them as well, my nephew had problems with his PS3 but found it would work on a different TV, the original TV broke down a couple of months later, also I had a Samsung TV that would freeze and I had to switch it off at the main for a couple of mins.

I think it's slight, but there is the possibility it could be your end, I would check it on a different TV just in case, especially if your going to take it to the SCC

If you suspect your hardware to be faulty then perhaps try these people

They repair Xbox & Sony products. You have nothing to loose by giving them a ring for an opinion.
