Too late!!! I sold most of them on here. I got a little under half of what i paid for them originally - but at least i got some money back. Now if i had been extra clever, i would have taken them back and told the assistant how similar it was to last seasons range. I would have got ALL my money back!!:money: Martin would have been sooooo proud!!

Ooooh, that's a very interesting site! icon14.gif (Bang goes another chunk of me life icon9.gif)

Recently bought a huge 5 litre bottle each of Trevor Sorbie Shampoo & Conditioner-costing £19.00 for both inc postage-this should last a year at least  saving £££'sss

I got those too so I just hope they're gonna be ok as I'm stuck with them for gawd knows how long now

Not tried the shampoo yet as I'm still finishing up old bottles but opened the conditioner the other day and decanted some into a smaller bottle to use and that seems ok :)

Thanks Judi, I can see me spending some time investigating those sites.

If I get my act into gear and clear out all my unwanted (mainly baby) stuff, I'll have room back in my house (as long as Mr TM doesn't fill it all with books!)

I know, I know, CQ - but you should see the room I'm sitting in. That's also not counting the ones in the attic, the ones in the MIL's attic, and the boys rooms are coming down with them :D

Can I interest you in "The Life and Death of Adolf Hitler" or "Crooks, Crime and Punishment" or how about the complete works of Leon Uris for some light bedtime reading? :)

Stocking up on books while they're cheap?

Have we got enough input here to maybe put to together an Old Style Guide To Stocking Up - The Basics or are we so varied in our needs that it won't really help?

I bought 300 fairy dishwasher tablets in Costco for £12 (normally £16). Because our dishy doesn't go on every day I reckon that they will last me a year. I also bought 12 tubes of toothpaste in there on offer for about a fiver, so won't have to buy any of that for a while.
Dh is just coming to the end of some sure stick deodorants that I found for 48p in Asda - normally about £1.50 each. I bought him 6!
