    Haven't been involved in the Whiskas glitch.

    :)

    Haven't got a pusssycat.

    :eek:

    I'm sure some people would have bought to sell on for profit but not my kinda thing.

    :cool:

    I may buy stuff in large quantities but only if I intend to use them; any excess, (by that I mean within a month or so BBE) I'll give to friends and neighbours.

    Helps when you need the odd job around the house doing.

    ;)

    Gonna catch up now.

    i did the whiskas...twice even though my fur ball doesnt eat wet food...I decided that I would do the decent thing and donate the food to the "box" in our local morrisoons which I have always walked past assuming it to be dogs and cats...
    Drove there this morning to find its dogs only so now have to find a local supermarket that has a collection box for cats....the closest one ive found when phoning supermarkets and enquiring this morning is 11 miles away in the next town...
    My good deed is starting to feel challenging but I will persevere!
    frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

    I used to use this all the time when I was a student. When I used to use it, it was one free with every meal, so I used to do the saturday morning Mcd's run when I worked in a callcentre and ordered 20 odd meals. meant 20 odd free burgers to be shared, and there are alot of people who cant'd/don't/won't eat a Mcd's meal AND a burger too, so I always used to get to eat a few extra, saved me actually buying lunch.

    How rude of her! What's it to her if you go out and back in again? :D I suppose if you didn't want to ignore her you could always say you're shopping for family as well and have to do separate shops.
    I have had SAs letting out big sighs when I put 2 or 3 separate shops on. I don't know why? What difference does it make to them whether Im one person with 3 shops, or 3 different people with a shop each?

    It's because they have to put those shopping separator things back in the slot on the right hand side and flick it back to the next customer.

    :rotfl:

    And then, inevitably, you've got someone's shopping (probably your 3rd shop) which has a bag of cheese dangling along the slidey thing which stops them flicking the separator back to the next customer. Either that or a pack of chewing gum...so then they have to get out of their seat and sort that huge problem out.

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Whereas if you had put one shop through; you would only need one separator thingamajig rather than 3.

    An A$DA trout?!

    :eek:

    :rotfl:

    I was more reporting on my rudeness than the troutiness. I think she may have been trying to make conversation, but I really didn't have anything to say on the issue - so I didn't :rotfl:

    I'm usually very polite to most people I encounter in RL, but first thing in the morning is a different issue :eek::rotfl:

    Utterly bonkers :(

    How nice, having to divulge to the receptionist the nature of one's ailment - what if it's something personal relating to the downstairs area :eek:

    Is this why people go on embarrassing bodies, because they can't get GP appointments any more :cool:
    Either that or so they get to see Dr Christian Jessen :) Anyone else think he's hot? :D I hadn't realised he was gay until recently, what a shame :( (for me that is as this means I don't stand a chance of him being interested in me but I'm sure he's quite happy being gay :rotfl: )

    women and gadgets don't mix :rotfl:
    Cheeky :eek::eek:

    I'm the one that deals with the gadgets in this house! OH could probably build them but he cannot use them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Can't even program our HD recorder!
    :p I often leave myself wide open for peeps to get their own back, but its all in jest. :)
    I should have said, its a common error to keep the steam going too long and putting a lot of hot water down instead. try doing bursts of steam to see if that improves the finish.
    but where's the fun in that. :D;)
