Parking Eye gets a visit from Court Bailiffs

So, folks, how do we get their credit rating to 0/100 or, better yet, -100/100?0
-
continue beating them in court , and MAKE SURE you claim, even if its only for car parking , sit back and wait ,
I can,t see this company , with its new backers needing credit , however potential customers and people renewing contacts wil not be impressed.
also emails to managing directors of customers using this firm , pointing out the above and explaining about upcoming cases , with links showing transcripts of them lying in court , wont help them0 -

Oh, Ivor thinks it's worth the hassle, don't you worry!!One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
I dont think you would get very far with this Ivor imhoProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0

Why not KIFL? Wrongly dating a cheque is one of the oldest tricks in the book to delay payment.0

Given parking eyes track record in paying costs this is unlike them. I. Not standing up for them. The court would take a dim view if payment had been attempted but with an error and no attempt had been made to correct it by ivorProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0

That was what I was trying to say. He could have contacted PE and got them to send out a new cheque. You have to know which battles are worth fighting and those which are not. Best to keep your powder dry until you know you are on firm ground. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Quite. It might appear the thing to do . But in reality it isntProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0

Unless of course they don't send anything out within in say 14 days, then I can't see why not going back to the court. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

however the item they have sent out is not the item they were told to send.
they were told to pay by a suitable means , a cheque without a date is not worth the paper its printed on0
