    any company that gets bailiffs knocking should have there BPA membership revoking

    Something tells me that they won't be adding this to their news.

    May also be worth a complaint to the SRA regarding their legal team, as the failure to comply with a court order must surely breach Principle 1 of the SRA Code of Conduct.
