Forgot to say, no more debt payments made.
Im going to focus on paying my friend, I haven't paid her anything now for over 6 months. It feels such a huge amount turning up with a small amount after so long makes me feel horribleThink I'm going to have to speak to her about a repayment plan

and its awful. There's no carpets or flooring at all, the walls have holes and drawings over them its a state, but I didn't want to spend on here because I didn't want to stay.
Sorry couldn't read this without commenting, Why do you say your landlord doesn't have to redecorate. It is every landlords responsibility to keep their property in a good state of repair both inside and out. Did you ask him/her about it. Sorry don't mean to be nosey, but my tenant approached me about repainting her house last year and I did it. Well I mean I sent hubby around with a paint brush and a tin of magnolia0 -
Morning Olivia i'm just catching up, so sorry to hear you won't be moving any more, sounded like the perfect house for you. But like you say something else will come along, and perhaps you'll be in a better position by then? I'm also not looking forward to school runs even though our school is 5 min walk away
honestly it's not because i'm lazy (although that is slightly true) I have loved summer hols with the kids, having our own agenda and i'm dreading bumping into people I don't really like as soon as they go back
!

The landlord is useless here!
The toilet was leaking when we first moved in.. I ended up just paying myself to have the new toilet and floorboards replaced. They said it had leaked so long all the floor boards where rotting and the damp was leaking though to the downstairs!
I'll get there slowly thoughHe's a good landlord in the sense he was understanding when Ex moved out and I was a few days late with rent etc.
Speaking of Ex we seem to be on talking terms again.. not sure where this will go who knows?Time to start again0 -

Of course he is understanding you are paying rent for a house no one else would put up with. You need to make him do these repairs, he is legally obliged to. My tenants is always a couple of days late with the rent, doesn't mean I am going to through her out, even If I wanted to it would be illegal.
You need to produce a list of problems with the house and post it to your landlord and tell him you want it sorted, this is not being unreasonable.0 -

Although this time I will firmly make sure I have some money still coming into my bank, alot of things need changing from the way we were. After all I'm suppose to be his partner not his child. I shouldn't have to ask permission for everything! We will see, trying not to get my hopes up too much but do look a bit like this :T:D:T :rotfl:
Have all my cleaning done after being up all night with baby againWish I could help her
Still need to replace DS school reading bag and sort DD a pe bag. I got one of bay of E but the quality is awful! So I think I might just get her a school logo one and have done with it. Also need to write a shopping list for Monday and meal plan, DS needs his hair cutting.
I have an ironing pile as tall as me from this past week I need to tackle before the school runs etc start I don't want to start off already behind!Time to start again0 -
List needed I think!!
- Meal plan
- Organise kids cupboard ready for uniforms etc.
- Iron all clothes, sort out whats too small write a list to replace

I will fit myself) I need to buy a new duvet and pillow and he desperatly needs a new bed but I will save my amazon vouchers for this and I'm not far off what I need. I have his new bedding/curtains ready. Spiderman theme here we go! :rotfl::rotfl:

Hey O-L How was the first week back at school with early mornings and school runs etc? Did it all go ok? Good news on you and your ex giving it another go, I hope you manage to make it work
And I agree with what you said, make sure you still have money going in to your account, after all you buy the food, pay the bills etc so you need something! xx

School has been good! The routine is slowly fitting back together.
I haven't updated as I currently have no tax credits/no wages from OH yet and no money from anywhere other than my £47 child benefit  to say I'm struggling is an understatement!
To throw a spanner into the work I've been offered 2 jobs.. none for over 3 years then 2 come at once and not at the right time with DD and her hospital troubles .. Meh!
My heads mushed and not sure what to doTime to start again0
