    So just send the usual template first appeal online anyway. No, you don't have to change it, no you don't have to ask for POPLA. The NEWBIES thread does cover 'if you think you are too late to appeal' and says 'appeal anyway' so I don't know why it's not clear.

    Are you saying NO-ONE lives in the property where this post is arriving then? No-one who can drive a car, and may have been the driver that day?!

    Yes, I confirm I am saying nobody lives at this address and there is no-one who can drive a car and say they were the driver that day. It is a holiday home only.

    Why can't you just appeal but give them your overseas address for any future correspondence.

    I passed this to an appeals service and did tell them of this. I will wait until my holiday ends and ask again about things coming by post. I gather it can take a while to hear back from Parking Eye.

    Just to update: parking appeals service were excellent and for a very small fee dealt with everything.
