I am in same position mine says not used yet under allocation what does this mean - advisor on phone said it needed to be done manually??

Update
On HMRC website it changed to: date 23 April 2014
So this means money on the way to the bank.
But on the top it says: information as on 22 April 2014.
Well it was updated overnight but still shows the in formation 24 hrs prior.
So how long now to get money in bank?

Did yours go in during the day? As I can see no money at 7am but. At 10 you have it.

Just go on and click REQUEST REPAYMENT
i hope I understood you right or did you already request repayment on HMRC website?

hi ive requested it a few times but it says payment not yet used which is to do with its got no charges to which it can be allocated to which I have no idea what that means???
