From what I understand about this policy, the insurance amount you paid per month was 80 pence per £100 of your insured credit(overdraft) limit.

You were paying that regardless of amount you were overdrawn.

No need for judgemental posts.

Yep. Reviewed and paid out in 5 working days, and considering the complaint form wasn't sent till 10/04/14 it's doubly amazing.....
