No thats NOT what I said :wall: If they were up to date with their payments no one would have visited at all bully or not. So any behaviour by any balliff would have been irrelevant to them.

I haven't passed comment on the balliff's behaviour in this situation. I was commenting on the parents.

I find it amusing that I have had to repeat this point.
