EE T-mobile deal...

Hi guys,
New to the site but I did go for a deal about september last year and I'm looking to see if anyone else did and if they got the Amazon voucher?
It was the t-mobile £11 per month sim only contract where you used a code and got a £75 Amazon voucher so it worked out at £5 per month. It did say it could take about 60 days to go through but it was just today I realised it had never turned up.
Has anyone else had any problems? Or did it all go ok for everybody else?
