T-Mobile £70 Amazon Offer through MSE, whats going on!?
Hi,
I signed up to a 12month SIM only deal via these forums (clicked the correct link to enter the promotion).
All up and running and contacted T Mobile via Tweet about the deal as I have had nothing through about it and was told this. . .
'as this was not a direct promotion, you would have to contact the 3rd party Company about this. Thanks'
Who is the 3rd party company? (I did tweet back and ask this.... no response yet)
So confused. This voucher was the whole point of signing up to 12months which I normally never do (was on rolling before with Tesco and happy) . . .

If you entered the promotion code, you should have got something in writing about it when you ordered?
AFAIK T-mobile should send you the voucher. Got back to them and insist they honour the deal. If they won't give you the package that was agreed as part of the contract, then you can escape the contract (assuming you've got something in writing about the vouchers).0 -
The 3rd party is Affiliate Window. Should be a contact address on your confirmation email.

Hi
I contacted someone( sorry cant remember who) who said it wouldn't arrive before the 3 months was up and it would be sent by Amazon themselves.
After signing up to the deal I got a confirmation email BUT it went to my junk mail so that may be why you haven't found it.
I really hope it arrives as I wouldn't have signed up either.
Fingers crossed :undecided0 -

Given the original offer was around about early Nov, http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips/06-11-2013/
Providing you signed up correctly ,you can expect to wait until up to early Feb 2014 for the voucher.0 -
Thank goodness I found this thread. Signed up to the deal and have had no confirmation re: Amazon voucher. Called T-Mobile - they know nothing. Very concerned. Have emailed the email addresses included in this thread and await response. At least some of you are getting your vouchers! I'm concerned i'm going to get nothing!!!:(0

Hi,
I am having exactly the same problem. T Mobile say nothing to do with them which leaves me very concerned. Will wait till Feb to see if anything arrives but not hopeful :mad:0 -
So I have emailed tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com; oliver.johnson@affiliatewindow.com three times now and no reply. So, after much searching around, I have tried to find a contact at MSE to complain to, but - low and behold - there is no way of contacting them! So I emailed the 'Deals team' today as follows:
I just don't know how else to get help other than to email this address...
I signed up to a T Mobile deal in November in conjunction with MSE to receive £70 of Amazon vouchers.
However, I have heard nothing back about my vouchers. There are a couple of Forums with people complaining about the same but I am getting nowhere. I have emailed tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com; oliver.johnson@affiliatewindow.com three times, as per other people's suggestions, but had no response.
As this was advertised through MSE, I would have expected to be able to escalate this to you but there are no contact details on your site. It looks as though I have been completed diddled out of £70 - the ONLY reason I signed up to this deal.
PLEASE can someone help? This is pretty poor from MSE, given the nature of your business!

It did say on the offer and has been repeated on various threads to allow at least 3 months for them to arrive.
Untill the 3 months has elapsed there is no point in chasing itIt's not just about the money0 -
I also signed up to this deal on the 7th Nov 2013 and received the confirmation email from T Mobile. I have not received the voucher yet ( 15 Feb 2014 ) so I rang T Mobile today and was told Martins Money Saving Site should send me the voucher? Has anyone else been told this and what should I do. Thanks0
