I think they thought i would be super scared.

They accused me of harassing their so called witness, I replied back quoting the protection from harassment act correcting them along with a couple of choice comments.

odd they failed to reply to me

Sounds like the makings of a hilarious blog showing their increasing desperation to shut you up :)

Parking eye have accused me of "taking an unhealthy interest" in our caases and it continues to concern us
Parking Eye have an unhealthy interest in robbing peoples money to fill up there filthy bank account.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

It's bit rich saying you have an unhealthy interest in them. Lets consider the fact that they pay people to trawl websites, who has the unhealthy obsession here? I mean isn't my signature about this obsession they have here.

And I'm not just talking about parking eye here, but some come here creating fake accounts to cause trouble. Whilst others have this obsession of hiding their businesses behind po boxes and residential addresses.

We are trying to cure all these obsessions that AOS members have by liquidating them, if they have no industry they will be cured ;)
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

  • Is anyone getting to grips with these witness statement irregularities ? Parking Eye sent two witness statements from Jon Briant at Fistral Beach. Something didn't quite add up with them, colours of the border, text and signature were different in each case, it was more than just a photocopy, they seemed a little contrived.

Nothing I can put my finger on for definite, but perhaps those monitoring these matters will identify a pattern.

Parking Eye dragged me through the system for 10 months. As a result, I take a very healthy interest in their activities. I'd hate to see others having to share our experience, so keep it up Kirkby.

Everything comes to he who waits.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Judges must be getting tired of giving clues.
"Do you want this witness in court"

I think the problem is that after months of stress people are frightened and just want an end to it.

But yes, first one to get one of theses signatories in to court for questioning will take the whole corrupt show down in one go.
Is someone really going to lie in court about what they signed for a bent parking firm when they could be jailed for perjury.

Then we have the question of those who have had vexatious cases and defeated them.
I would think a personal injury claim for stress would have a good chance.

They really are getting away with murder.
Someone must get one of these witnesses brought for questioning under oath.
What a can of worms it would open.
    Be happy...;)

I am surprised that CCJs have not spoken out already about this abuse of the Court system. A man enters his registration in the wrong terminal in a hotel where he has either paid for parking or it is free. Human error, so what, this is not a matter for the courts.

A person buys a P&D car park ticket and it flips over. Again, as long as he is paid, this should not concern the court.

Can judges not speak out about courts being used in this manner? If so it is time that they did so. We need a few of these PPcs being declared vexatious litigents.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Is this not what the "super case" is effectively about?

There's a new thread on Pepipoo http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=89464 about a case in Darlington that the defendant won on Monday, and was awarded his full costs.

Reading this has cheered me up no end... I am anxiously awaiting confirmation that my case will proceed, so hearing more success stories is just fantastic.

Well - back to the grind. Preparation is key and with any luck, revenge will be sweet!! :)

  • Well done to KIF and the team who fax the AC papers to the courts where there is a PPC case....every day.
