There's a new thread on Pepipoo http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=89464 about a case in Darlington that the defendant won on Monday, and was awarded his full costs.
We're also hearing that PE lost a case in Liverpool today, which is significant as that particular court has been known to favour PE in the past, but not any more it seems.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. Reading that Darlington case it shows just how petty PE are. They tried to say that the motorist registered at the "wrong terminal" even though it appears that any one of the three can be used. They really are a contemptible bunch .What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

If any company is operating for profit over moral right, it will always attract members of the public who start to unite and expose issues. Has always happened and always will.
Many companies and people manage to operate and earn monies without attracting the same publicity.
