Does anyone offer unlimited tethering?

They can easily tell, but unless your hammering it they may not investigate too closely.
If they've not charged you don't rock the boat, but just realise that it is something that they could charge for, and if they do tell you it is chargeable then you don't really have any comeback
I don't hammer it, use it for my tablet for an hour maybe twice a week and on my laptop the odd time if I can't find a pub or cafe with free wifi, I am possibly on an older rolling contract though as they charge a bit more for a similar unlimited sim only deal than I pay now.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Unfortunately it has the dreaded asterisk next to "unlimited data"*.
* Fair usage policy applies.
No mention of tethering either.
In this case it's a CPW issue. They are forced to have the asterisk on everything that says unlimited.
I can confirm that T-Mobile SIM Only plans that come with unlimited data DO NOT allow tethering. There is also a 4Mbps download speed cap.
And the T-Mobile pay monthly 24 month contracts that comes with a phone (post October 23rd 2013) and unlimited data DO ALLOW tethering with them. There are so called "Traffic optimisation" tools on these plans which mean you may see slow speeds at peak times or if you heavily tether. But so far I've heard no reports of anyone being cut off or throttled heavily for tethering on these plans.
Downside ofc is T-Mobile is 3G only where as Three offer 3G and 4G.0 -

There are rumours that this will change in May for new customers!
Fortunately those rumours were false!0 -

Yes, looks like Three are still happy with take up in the One Plan so it is still offered.
Best plan on the market for anyone wanting tethering.====0 -
