OP here, not very clear is it?
On http://store.three.co.uk/view/searchTariff?deviceType=SIM_ONLY&priceplan=&greatForServices=&manufacturerNam the plans that state AYCE that aren't the One Plan (with me so far?) all have this term:
SIM plans with All-you-can-eat data do not allow tethering (except for the One Plan). If you would like to tether, you will need to choose a Pay Monthly plan and / or an Add-On that does allow tethering.
On the One Plan SIM it doesn't say any of that which suggests, by omission, that tethering is allowed.
Might try it for one month and see what happens. Looking to replace/supplement home ADSL which struggles to top 1.4Mb/s due to distance and our cabinet isn't getting fibre for at least another twelve months.0 -

But as i am wrong apparently, ignore me, it is your money.
The only Three plan that offer all-you-can-eat tethering is The One Plan. From 18/03/2014 Three changed its 24 month phone plans (contracts) and it is no longer possible to buy new or upgrade to The One Plan on a 24 month phone contract. The new 24 month phone plans that offer all-you-can-eat data have a 2Gb tether cap but include free 08 numbers and reduced rates for 0845 etc. In addition the entire data allowance on the new 24 month phone contracts can be used for tethering (apart from all-you-can-eat 24 month phone plans which are have 2Gb cap) which wasn't allowed in the past.
The sim only plans remain unchanged at this time and The One Plan sim only continues to offer all-you-can-eat tethering. You just can't buy The One Plan on 24 month phone contract anymore just sim only.0 -

Sigh...........spacey2012 wrote: »All other plans are subject to a data allowance with the package, unlimited data tethering is over on all plans, except to customers on existing contracts.
Argue all you want, that is that.
My God, but you can be obtuse.
New plans = 2GB tether limit.
One Plan, STILL AVAILABLE FOR SIM ONLY = no tether limit
Is it that difficult?spacey2012 wrote: »:wall::wall::wall:Sometimes....
That's how we all feel about your inability to comprehend...====0 -

They can easily tell, but unless your hammering it they may not investigate too closely.
If they've not charged you don't rock the boat, but just realise that it is something that they could charge for, and if they do tell you it is chargeable then you don't really have any comeback0 -

Unlimited data available here
Unfortunately it has the dreaded asterisk next to "unlimited data"*.
* Fair usage policy applies.
No mention of tethering either.0 -

Teething is allowed EE's website shows that. Tmob site used to but it's now been merged with EE
Not sure of the fair usage in and outs
There is a rolling monthly option so probably worth a punt?
Guess like others it will disappear soon

Three's SIM only One Plan has unlimited tethering, both the 12 month and1 month terms.
There are rumours that this will change in May for new customers!0
