First of all thanks to all for your valuable input on the forum..
I have got a query about my tmobile contract see if you could give me a clue to resolve..
I have taken tmobile sim only contract last year £16 a month unlimited everything. later on they put it up to £17.
Now it was ending on 3/4/14, so I asked pac code on 6/3/14 and used it on 31/3/14, as I have been told to use it by 1/4/14 via text message.
This morning I got the bill for £22.74 to my surprise. they charged me £21.50 for MNP Early Termination Penalty(VAT exempt) and £3.44 Notice Periodd Charge, and credited me for £1.83 for 31/3-3/4 lline rental refund.
I am really annoyed with it, Previously I have done it with the other companies couple of days before transferred nos. to other network and never got charge for it. Do you think its fair?
Love to hear some advice on it, as I think I should not get charged for early termination... Thank you all in advance..

Phone them and claim it back. They can only charge you either the difference between when you transfer out and the end of the 30 days notice or the difference between you transfer out and the end of your minimum term (whichever is the greater). So in your case its about 6 days.0
