It's really easy to install and use just say yes to the options you want and import your bookmarks from ie or ff, once in it's no different from Chrome unless it hits a security risk.
It depends what you find harder as a new user, cleaning up after or preventing in the first place.

WhiteHat Aviator is better in my opinion although I do have Comodo Dragon installed.
