Water damage on contract no insurance

Hi everyone. I am currently 13 months into a 24 month contract with Orange for my Galaxy s4, without having any insurance. this morning my phone accidentally got knocked into the bath by my cat! My phone now has significant water damage and nothing appears on the screen. My early upgrade date isn't until December.…

My insurance is keep my old phone. Cant get much cheaper than that/ Costs nothing.

Someone will now post and tell me i could have got a better deal selling it and then using that money to earn money and then buy my old phone for less if anything happened to the new one.

My forum title doesnt really match my poor money saving skills
