I have a lot of sliced ham that I need to use up!

Croque monsieur, jazzing up your sandwich. I like to use brie as the cheese and a good slathering of french mustard. Toasted sandwiches make a much more satisfying meal than cold ones in winter weather too.

Ham is good in pasta sauces, on toast with cheese, on pizza, in rissotto.

Like the idea of the quiches made with ham cases - might try them myself.....

I use it in quiche, pies, chicken and ham fried rice, toasted sandwhiches, omelettes etc.

As your thread has dropped down the board I've added it to the existing one on using up sliced ham to keep the ideas together.
